For those who wish to deepen their meditation practice, The Art of Calm offers a 6-week Meditation Theory and Practice course.
During the course, students learn about the origins of meditation, the theory behind it and different meditation methods. The practical component sees students apply all that they have learned theoretically to their own meditative practice, under the guidance of an instructor. Theory and practice are followed by interactive student feedback and Q&A. Instructor-led discussions complete every class.
The Meditation Theory and Practice course is offered three times a year, every January, May and October. This covers five classes of 1.5 hours and a final class consisting of a 2.5 hour meditation marathon.
Upon completion of the course, students will receive a certificate of attendance.
